Full Guide to Glyphs for BIG Gold in Cata Pre Patch

A lot is changing in the Cataclysm Class Pre-Patch relating to Glyphs and how you make gold with them so I'm going to try to cover them all in this quick guide.

UPDATE: Since recording this video, it has also come to my attention that the cost of most glyphs will be 3 ink rather than 2. We have no PTR so can't say this for sure but it looks to be the case. So you might consider crafting before pre-patch.
