Xenon tetrafluoride (XeF4) is a square planar, non-polar molecule. The Xenon atom has 4 bonding pairs of electrons and 2 lone (non-bonding) pairs of electrons. Its VSEPR notation is AX4E2.

Square planar comes from the octahedral shape, and the two lone pairs are distributed symmetrically (one above the plane, one below) so the bond angles are 90 degrees.
