How to clean a very dirty facade using Guard Wash Express and surface washer. On an old render you do not want to use pressure water that will damage so the use of a chemical was critical on this project.

DESCRIPTION
GuardWash® Express is a concentrated product with powerful active materials enabling instant and deep cleaning of dirt invading building materials (dirt associated with damp, atmospheric pollution, traces of leaves, etc.). The self-cleaning, quick and powerful action of GuardWash® Express cleans and cleanses contaminated surfaces without the need for rinsing. The original appearance of materials is restored in less than an hour with no deterioration to their colour or their mechanical properties. To remove all residue however, rinsing can be carried out 45 minutes after applying the product. GuardWash® Express is also the ideal product to remove grey discoloration from wood.

USE
GuardWash® Express is an ideal universal product to treat external walls, facades, weather boarding, roofs, balconies, fountains, pools, monuments, fences, terraces, garden paving, paving, tennis courts, etc. It can be used on all materials like concrete, fibre cement, natural or reconstituted stone, terracotta, tiling, PVC, wood, etc. Particularly recommended for roughcast, even paint and all types of coatings.

HOW TO USE
• GuardWash® Express is a concentrated product; dilute up to 1 part product to 2 parts water for normal cleaning. For more challenging cleaning jobs, use the product undiluted.
• If the surface is heavily covered with micro-organisms, brush before applying the product then apply specific Guard Anti-M® 24 or Guard Anti-M® 48. treatment
• Always test on the material before application.
• Spray 1 layer onto dry or slightly damp material. Dilution recommendations:
• Dirty surface = 1 l of product to 2 l water.
• Very dirty surface = 1 l of product to 1 l water.
• Extremely dirty surface = Undiluted product.
• On vertical surfaces. always apply from bottom to top.
• Rinsing is not required, but removes the last residue. If rinsing, wait 20 to 45 minutes and use a jet of water or high-pressure washer.
• Before repainting or applying a protective product, the material must be completely rinsed off and dry (refer to the finishing product sheet)
