Описание к видео You Will NEVER Speak English Fluently Unless You Do This (Part 2)

This is the second video on the topic which explains why you might be struggling to speak English and what to do in order to start speaking fluently.

Watch the first video here:    • You Will NEVER Speak English Fluently...

** HOW TO SPEAK ENGLISH FLUENTLY **

TIP 1: Expand Your Vocabulary

Learn more words and phrases that you are going to use when speaking English. Make this specific to you, learn words or phrases you need to talk about a certain subject.

You may want to learn common everyday English because you will use it no matter what. Here's a video where I talked about some of the common words and phrases.

Remember, when learning words and phrases it is so important to learn by sentences, complete phrases or chunks of sentences. This is going to help with your grammar and you'd know how these words and phrases will be used.

Expand your vocabulary by getting lots of input. Here's the video with the full lesson about input:

TIP 2: Listen As Much As Possible

I have a video about ABL: Always Be Listening. Check it out here:
   • ABL: Always Be Listening (to English)

Listening all the time and getting as much listening practice as possible will dramatically help your speaking. Of course, listening and speaking are two different skills. But in order for you to have a conversation, you need to understand the person you are talking to and it can be done by listening.
Listening is also an input. It will help you increase your vocabulary and it will also help your pronunciation. Listening to the sounds of English will help you better make the sounds of English.

LRRC is the To Fluency method that has all the tips I'm talking about and put it in one easy-to-use method.

*Getting phrases – that you need to know
*Listening to phrases – increasing your listening ability
*Repeating phrases – increases fluency
*Recording/Comparing – helps improve your accuracy
*Long-term repetition - store them in your brain

TIP 3: STAY CONSISTENT

With all the tips and methods I have shared with you and using them on a daily basis might be overwhelming. So, it would be more doable if you can commit to doing a small amount every day. If you can do more then that's great!

Commit to 10 minutes every day. This is going to be your foundation. This means that even if you're tired or really busy you still have to commit.

Everyone can find 10 minutes a day to commit to something specific. You can do as much as you can, but make sure to do this every day. Remember, consistency is key in learning a complex skill, like the ability to speak English at a high level.
