It is the responsibility of the buyer to either inspect the vehicle personally or via a 3rd party, to ensure satisfaction to the condition and value, prior to purchase.

We do not perform 100-point Inspections: We do not perform 100- point inspections on vehicles we sell, nor are our sales people trained and certified inspectors. We simply check the operability of some very basic systems, that’s it. If you want a detailed inspection, you can certainly obtain one, but our sales staff can only see what you are able to see in the pictures and videos.

Inspect Before you Buy, Not After: The time to inspect & drive the vehicle is before you purchase it, not after you get it home. If you want your local restoration expert or local engine builder to look at the vehicle for you, you need to fly them out and have them look at it before you purchase it, not after you get it home. You are entering an “AS IS,” No Warranty, non-reversible contract and the vehicle is yours once you take delivery.

We Do NOT Have X-Ray Vision: Our sales staff, and even 3rd party inspectors, don’t have X-Ray vision to see potential hidden damages lurking inside engines, transmissions, steering systems, braking systems, or electrical systems on vehicles. We also cannot disassemble vehicles for inspection purposes. Hidden issues are a risk with buying an older, collector vehicle. For these reasons, we always suggest having your vehicle shipped to you. Get it home and get to know it where you can have fluids changed and a mechanic available if needed.
