Mountain Dance! Jess & Fun! Movement Learning Fun for Kids Ages 3-6

Let's go on an adventure in the mountains! Our friend Ms. Molly Mountain will lead us in a mountain dance! We will stretch in the shape of a mountain, make the shape of weird mountains, go from one mountain into two, jump letter Ms in the mountains, and make Ms with our fingers! And we'll see a mountain lion up close!! Join in the fun!!

This video is a tribute to my father, Dr. Tom Harris, who loved the mountains. Born in 1933, he grew up on a ranch without electricity and knew every mountain range in southern California. He was a true mountain man. Most of the pictures featured in the video are his, some he took from a helicopter when he worked as a neonatologist and would transport very sick newborns to larger hospitals. It is the two-year anniversary of his passing and I am so happy to honor his memory in reverence to the beauty, awe, and scale of mountains and the perspective they bring to our fleeting existence here on this planet.
