NEW TEACHER Mistakes & HONEST ADVICE! (NQT Year)

I learnt so much during my first year of teaching (NQT year.) I made a lot of mistakes, but thankfully I’m able to reflect on this now and share my tips and advice for new teachers. I discuss marking, lesson observations, behaviour management and work life balance in an attempt to pass my knowledge on to new educators. The first year of teaching will be tough, but it will be such an important year for your professional development. Listen to the honest reflections and stories from my own NQT year and let my advice guide you from that first day in the classroom up the the summer break!
