Gantry Launching for T-Beam Crossing Sungai Pahang (Bera)

This video was show how we are launching using Girder methodology. The bridge located at Pahang , Bera Sungai Pahang Kg Guai, the bridge consists 14 span of beam, which is 7 nos per span total 98 nos of T beam. 8 span of bram in the land area, we are using direct launching, balance 6 span of beam which are crossing river we are using Launching Girder System.

1) Demag Ac 250 ( 250 ton Mobile)
2) Sany SAC 2200 (220 ton Mobile)
3) LinkBelt LS 238 (100 Ton Crawler)
4) Manitowoc Mani 11000 (110 Ton Crawler)
5)Kobelco KOBE 7080 ( 80 ton Crawler)
6) 2 unit of Prime Mover ( Beam Transport)
7)80 Meter of A Frame Girder
8) 300 Meter of Railway track
9) 2 unit of generator set
10) 1 unit of welding set
11) few set of oxygen cutter
