Peel and chop sweet potato and or zucchini into 1/4-inch strips; put them in a bowl tossed with olive oil; add spices.


I used cumin, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, dried parsley, parmesan, salt, and pepper. Add some ground cayenne pepper for a little kick.


Cook in an air fryer at 400° for 10-12 minutes or in an oven at 425° for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, unless you put them on a cooling rack to enable heat circulation.
