Manchester walk - 17 Bars & Pubs Trail, Deansgate, Portland St, Cross St, Corporation St, Market St

A walking trail passed 17 bars & pubs in Manchester city centre, started from Deansgate, Great Bridgewater Street, Portland Street, Cross Street, Corporation Street, Shudehill to Market Street.
Most of those bars & pubs have a long history, such as The Old Wellington Inn (built in1552), Mr. Thomas's Chop House(1867), The Circus Tavern (1840), The Britons Protection (1811) and The Peverril of The Peak (1820). Drinking and chatting in bars is the most common leisure and social activity in British life.
