🔹This robotic system, created by Siviko, is designed to package and palletize food products using two industrial robots. The FANUC M-10iD/12 robot handles packaging, while the FANUC M-710iC/50 robot is responsible for palletizing.

🔹The system can package two different sizes of salad boxes into three different sizes of cardboard boxes, and it serves two production lines simultaneously.

🔹 Pneumatic gripper SIVIKO PCG 1 is used for handling the salads, while pneumatic gripper SIVIKO PBXG 3 performs the palletizing. No tool change is required due to the gripper design.

🔹 The transport system is on two levels, which reduces the cycle time for the packaging robot and minimizes the overall floor space used. The system can package more than 3600 salad boxes per hour.

🔹 The system is controlled by a SCADA system based on Ignition. It also includes the Siviko Smart Pallet software application, which allows users to create palletizing configurations without programming skills. Important commands can be activated through external buttons.
