How To Deal With Cheap Blue 5-Band Resistor Colour Codes

I dont bother reading the colour codes. Its near on impossible with these cheap resistors. If you can use a multi-meter. If thats not an option, try look for gold/silver first then from there, just guess your way using the colour code chart or the apps.
