You have to try this incredibly delicious HURMASICE CAKE RECIPE. Hurmasice (Hurmašice) are traditional Bosnian syrup biscuits and these ones are made with apple Pekmez. Pekmez is Turkish-style thick, intensely-flavoured syrups made from simmering down crushed fruits. It's like a kind of tart, smoky, concentrated fruit juice. My boys requested and I had to make these hurmasice three days in a row.
