Today I review the Patty Melt from Five Guys®! This is one of the so called secret menu items you can get from them. I reviewed this item over 8 years ago and really wanted to return and give it another try. ($5.49 - Grilled Cheese and $2.50 for patty)

A burger patty in between slices of American-style cheese melted on a toasted, inside-out sesame seed bun with toppings of your choice. An additional patty and bacon can be added as well.

At my location they described it as their Grilled Cheese Secret Menu item with a burger patty added.
