Potato Donuts Ingredients :
250 g high protein flour (bread flour)
100 g mashed potatoes
40 g sugar
2 egg yolks
90 ml cold milk
30 g unsalted butter
5 g instant yeast
¼ tsp salt

Topping :
Salted butter
Chocolate sprinkles
Icing sugar
