Ingredients:

16 OZ of Dry Bean; soaked in water over night
1 chicken bouillon cube
1 packet of sazon or 1 tsp of sazon
1 tsp of adobo
2 tbsp of sofrito or 2 sofrito cubes
3 cups of water
Black Pepper to taste


Instructions:

Set the instant pot to Bean
Dump all the ingredients, including some black pepper and start the instant pot
30 minutes later, beans will be ready
Taste for salt and pepper
Serve immediately
