Took me too long to figure this out as the problem was hidden under the factory tape that held the two igniter wires together on this burner assembly. A very small nick in a wire where spark was shorting before reaching the igniters. Knew it wasn't the spark module issue because this stove only has one module for all four burners and the other two on the left side were working. And they worked no matter which side of the stove I put that working burner assembly on.
All the troubleshooting with an ohm meter showed nothing was wrong, so it took a while to finally figure it out. No parts needed!
