MG-F - Jon Coupland Cars '12 Days Of Christmas Countdown' - Day 8

Now 8 days to go until the 'big day' and im still doing our 'alternative' take on the 12 Days Of Christmas. Each day, right up until Christmas day I will be counting down 12 cars that have come and gone from the Jon Coupland collection, discussing their history, the work we did on them and their future. Some I regret letting go. Others. Well. We are glad they have found new homes.

Day 8 sees this ... a 1999 MG-F finished in super rare Morello Red (one of only 260 ever made) - a car that I saw for sale on Facebook Marketplace and let my heart rule my head. I paid far too much money for it AND lost out. Eventually I sold the car to a dealer who also lost out big time when he sent it to the Bangers & Cash auction house Matthewsons, selling for just £800.

Amy hated the car, I hated the car, lesson learned
