Can you understand this native speaker?

In this English Podcast, I discuss what it means to be a "fast talker" of American English. These are people who speak waaaay too fast in English, and they’re speaking so fast that I, as a fellow native speaker of English, have a challenging time understanding them.

So if I have a hard time understanding them, I can only imagine that you, as a non-native speaker of English, will also have a hard time understanding them and probably an even harder time understanding them.

In today's podcast, I'll analyze the speech of Dr. Andy Galpin, a professor of kinesiology at California State University, Fullerton. He has a podcast that I listen to called “Perform” (see more here: https://performpodcast.com/ ), and I'll analyze one of his podcasts to show you what it means to be a "fast talker" in English (and in my opinion, too fast of a talker!).
