Cake Stacking | The Basics Of Cake Decorating

One of the necessary cake decorating basics to master is the art of stacking a cake. You want to make sure it is level and even and I have a few tips to help you achieve the perfect stacked cake! I will show you how to stack a three tiered cake. But you can use this technique for any number of tiers. Just repeat the steps! I will also show you my technique on doweling through a fondant covered cake on the top tier.
