Quake 2 but it's Quake 1

This video is a showcase of a mod I stumbled across by basementApe on moddb, and I thought it was implemented really well!

place the q2m folder within \Quake\rerelease and type 'game q2m' without the ' into the console after booting up Quake!
When starting a new game, you have 4 different marines to choose from, 1 is base game, 2-4 is Quake 2 weapons. Pressing the same key multiple times cycles their starting loadouts slightly

For 'Display' settings I recommend:
Texture Smoothing: On (I usually prefer this off)
Resolution: High
Antialiasing: Off
Ambient Occlusion: Off
Depth of Field: Off
Motion Blur: Off
Model Interpolation: On
Enhanced Models: On
Color Lightmaps: On
Fog: On
Dynamic Lighting: Off

Also under gameplay, turn on minimal hud and view bobbing off!
