Viewers are treated to a mini-concert from Glen Campbell and his dear friend John Hartford. First is Glen Campbell performing solo, a medley of his hit songs "Wichita Lineman" and "By the Time I Get to Phoenix." Next is a brief excerpt of Glen Campbell and John Hartford performing Hartford's composition "Gentle on My Mind" (on the original Smothers Brothers Comedy Hour broadcast of March 3, 1968). This segues into Glen and John continuing their duet of "Gentle on My Mind" twenty years later in 1988. The concert is completed by Glen Campbell and John Hartford singing another Hartford composition, "Learning to Smile All Over Again."
