Recipe

-500 grams of chuck beef
-1 yellow onion (medium size)
-1 cup of mixed vegetables
-8 potatoes (medium size)

for seasoning
-1 tbsp of salt
-1 tsp of pepper
-2 tsp of flour

-2 tbsp of tomato paste
-2 beef bouillon
-2 cups of water
-1 tsp of paprika
-salt and pepper

For the Bread
-700 grams of flour (6 cups)
-2 tsp of instant dry yeast (6 grams)
-2 tsp of sugar (8 grams)
-1.5 tsp of salt (9 grams)
-450 grams of lukewarm water (1 and 3/4cups) or (14 oz)
