A great way to stop the end of a rope from unraveling. Great thing with this style of whipping is that you could do it on any part of the rope, i have seen it used as a way of marking a length down a rope to tie off at. This whipping is done with a palm and needle, see my other videos on whipping if you done have a palm and needle.
