Un programme éducatif sur le passé et le présent de notre État unique. Ensemble, nous-autres, on va visiter et charrer avec des Louisianais à travers le territoire pour comprendre un tit brin plus sur les évènements et peuples divers qui ont produit la culture, l'économie et le peuple de la Louisiane que l'on connait aujourd'hui.

Dans le 3e épisode à la Plantation Laura et l'église méthodiste Clarendon à Dulac, nos animateurs Amélie et Joseph parlent de l'histoire, le language et la vie familiale et sociale de la Nation Unie Houma, une des Tribus franco-indiennes reconnues par l'État Louisianais en répondant à une interview que Joseph a fait avec M. Kirby Verret, ancien chef de la Nation Unie Houma, à Dulac.

An educational program about the past and present of our singular State. Together, we will visit and chat with Louisianans across the State to understand a bit more about the diverse events and peoples that created the culture, economy, and people of the Louisiana we know today.

In the third episode at Laura Plantation and the Clarendon Methodist Church in Dulac, our hosts Amelia and Joseph discuss the history, language and social and familial life of the United Houma Nation, one of the French-speaking state-recognized Indian tribes in Louisiana, by responding to an interview Joseph did with Mr. Kirby Verret, a former chief of the United Houma Nation.
