Описание к видео This routine will clear your skin. Day and night acne skincare routine.

Despite clearing my skin, I still get acne during the month especially when I’m close to my period. This is what it's like to have hormonal acne.

MORNING ROUTINE
1. La Roche Posay Effaclar Micro-Peeling Purifying Gel.
This deeply cleanses the skin without drying it. great for acne, texture and oil control.

2. Garnier AHA+BHA+ Niacinamide serum with Charcoal.
Its a gentle chemical exfoliant which helps with acne, texture, dark marks and hyperpigmentation.

3. La Roche Posay Effaclar Duo + M.
This is really good as a spot treatment but when you have a lot of acne or a few days before your period, use it all over the face.

4.Garnier AHA+BHA Charcoal Daily Mattifying Air Cream.
A good matte, light weight moisturizer. You have to spread it on your face then tap into the skin to avoid pilling.

5. La Roche Posay Anthelios UVmune 300 50+ Invisible Fluid.
A really good sunscreen that leaves no white cast but I wish it was matte because my skin just looks so good when its matte.

NIGHT TIME ROUTINE
1. La Roche Posay Effaclar Micro-peeling purifying gel for persistent imperfections.
Great for hormonal acne. I used it day and night.

2. The ordinary AHA 30%+BHA 2% peeling solution.
Use only once or twice a week because it’s very strong. You can only keep it on your skin for 10 minutes then you have to wash it off. If you are new to using it I suggest once every two weeks and building up to once a week. If it burns wash it off immediately and try to figure out what you did that day to make your skin sensitive, it could be using a face scrub beforehand or another chemical exfoliant like Glycolic Acid or Salicylic Acid or you might need a gentle cleanser instead of the one I used here. Do not use it on wounded skin.

3. The ordinary Hyaluronic acid 2% + B5.
Use it while your skin is still damp and then allow it to dry.

4. The ordinary Niacinamide 10%+ Zinc 1%
This will help with dark marks, hyperpigmentation, your skin's moisture barrier and reducing the appearance of large pores. Spread it and tap into your skin because this is also prone to pilling.

5. The ordinary Natural Moisturizing Factors + HA.
This is a simple moisturizer for oily skin and it's not too heavy plus it has no exfoliating ingredients which makes it perfect for this routine.

This routine would work for most people but not all. People with severe, persistent acne might need to see a dermatologist and get help. If your skin type is different from mine switch out the cleanser for one that works for you plus helps with acne and the moisturizer for something heavier if you have dry skin.
