On this week's Project Sold, we're getting a home ready for sale and taking a look at the progress made in the bathroom at the Longview property.

Looking back at the original bathroom there have been some major changes made. First off the big, dark, bulky cabinets on both sides of the bathroom have been removed. This both brightens and opens up the space. Next, we decided to switch the position of the sink and the toilet. This allowed us to install a larger sink and vanity, to make the best use of the space.

Finally, we took out all the original, dated tile in the shower, updated all the plumbing behind the walls, and installed a new, modern cultured marble surround, with new fixtures to make this space look and feel brand new.
