Leyland leopard, gear selector #1. restoration (air test).

Here is a video of my Leyland leopard gear selector fully restored after a polish, also the pistons and the manifold get a lite hone and polish.
some chrome work done on the reverse lock and shift lock.

The reason for this test is to check for air leaks after fitting new gaskets. I did block off the valve before the video to test for any air leaks.

Normally you should hear a slight hiss after disengaging , but in this case I had the valve open on the manifold to make the hiss .feel free to contact me if you have any to restore. I have very limited stock left now once the gaskets are gone that's it !! I'm looking for the moulds to remake them but no luck so far. Thanks for watching. Email [email protected]
