Narcissistic abuse makes you feel unsafe.... to be you!! We then 'leave our body' and live up in our heads - ruminating, trying harder and harder to please others desperately hoping that will help us to feel safe and worthy. Narcissistic relationships implant negative beliefs like I'm bad, I'm unworthy, I don't deserve, Something bad will happen, I'm not safe etc. and then these beliefs keep us stuck even if the narcissist is gone!!

We learn how to uproot those negative beliefs, how to break free of the traumatized personality, how to feel safe again in our body, how to be our authentic self even if others don't like it. We learn how to overcome the side effects of this type of complex trauma - social anxiety, self abandonment, emotional flashbacks, harsh inner critic and toxic shame and sooooo much more.
