Here's the full tutorial on how to make those crunchy vacuum stress balls! It only works with slightly thicker stress ball covers made from silicone or TPR. Balloons will not work for this. There are various toy kits that contain empty stress balls, the easiest to find is probably from Dr Squish. Inject through the thickest part of the ball. Even though you can insert the needle multiple times, try to keep this to a minimum because it increases the chances of air leaking back inside. However even if this happens, you can easily re-vacuum the ball again.
