During the holidays — or anytime life gets heavier, louder, or more chaotic — symptoms often rise. Old sensations can return, thoughts get more catastrophic, emotions feel bigger, and the mind starts telling scary stories about what it all means.

This episode isn’t about analyzing flares or trying to “figure them out.”
It’s about normalizing them, understanding what they actually reflect in your nervous system, and showing you how to navigate a spike without getting pulled into fear, meaning-making, or old patterns.

I share my own recent experience with a flare — one that brought back symptoms I hadn’t felt in a long time — and walk you through:

• why your thoughts intensify

• how to respond after that initial reaction
• how to move toward surrender + acceptance
• how to drop the resistance that creates suffering
