left ventricle is divided into 2 parts, Inflowing part & outflowing part.
inflowing part is rough due to muscle ridges ,'trabeculae carneae' and biscupid valve apparatus( Anterior & posterior cusps, chordae tendineae, papillary muscles.
outflowing part is smooth called as infundibulum.
ascending aorta opens at the upper corner of infundibulum. opening of ascending aorta is guarded by aortic valve.
