Wheelchair to floor transfer/floor to wheelchair transfer

Here's a quick video to show you guys my wheelchair to floor transfer that is different that the one I had in my original video. I'll also show you guys again how I transfer from the floor back into my wheelchair!

Make sure there is nothing that can snag your clothes while you're transferring! I made that mistake and thought I was getting weaker when really my pants just kept getting caught on my cup holder!
