my boyfriend's gone into hospital | looking after him post-surgery & our 2 year anniversary ❤️

This week has been a quiet, homely one, with Keegan going into hospital for a surgery and me playing nurse!! So I've just been doing little jobs at home whilst he's been recovering. It was also our 2 year anniversary!
