The Beatles Mono Masters [2014]

We grew up with a very special relationship to the Beatles; we listened to them constantly in our house, talked about them, read about them, watched the movies over and over again -- it's hard to explain how deeply ingrained their music is for us.
We listened to the Past Masters CDs more than some of the complete albums. There is some kind of magic on these records, that perfectly explains the brilliance of the Beatles.

Mono Masters was released on vinyl in 2014, (released on CD as part of the Beatles in Mono box set in 2009). We recently got it, and it's exceptional. The sound is just amazing. It's like listening to these songs all over again. In this video we're focusing on the 1st half of the Mono Masters, that equates to the first volume of the Past Masters - "Love Me Do" through "I'm Down". Although we got excited and went a little too far in this video.
