Bushcraft Persian-style lamb shish kebab & campfire bananas

Ingredients:

1 kg lamb shoulder
3 tsp crushed cumin seeds (Jeera)
3 tsp crushed coriander seeds
3 tsp paprika
Juice of 2 lemons
250ml homemade yoghurt
Salt & pepper

Marinated for 48 hours, then vacuum sealed for that 'fresh out of the bergen' taste
