We often confuse vigilance with aliveness. We self-monitor. We aim to manage our emotions and relationships to achieve the desired outcome. But Venus in Pisces teaches that surrender is not "giving up" — it is the maturation of love. It is the willingness to soften control and participate in something larger than the ego.
