In this debut episode, we take you behind the iron gates of the historic Auker Mansion in Grand Blanc, MI. Once a majestic estate, the mansion had fallen into disrepair, plagued by leaks and structural issues. Now, thanks to Cruwood Home and the visionary passion of owners Chelsie Welch and Corey Cunningham, we embark on an incredible journey to restore and reimagine this grand estate for its future owners.

Facing criticism and doubt, Chelsie and Corey strip back the layers of time—rooms filled from top to bottom with antiques and furniture, opulent paintings, heavy drapes and fabric-lined walls to breathe new life into the mansion. Watch as they bring it up to modern codes while maintaining its classic European charm, transforming it into a home fit for today’s family.
