MALAI DESERT

Ingredients
Malai
• milk with cream 1 cup
• sugar 1 tbsp
• milk ¼ cup
• cornflour 1 tsp
Mixture
• milk 500ml
• condensed milk 3tbsp
• sugar 1 tbsp
• milk ¼ cup
• custard powder 2 tbsp

• regular bread slices 8
• sliced almonds pistachionuts
• saffon strand
• cardomom powder ¼ tsp

Method
Prepare Malai with milk, sugar, and cornflour set aside.
Make mixture with milk. Condensed milk, sugar, milk and custard powder then slice bread and spread malai. Soak bread into the mixture and bake for 2 mins and serve hot
