The Melancholy of Happiness ("Η Μελαγχολία της Ευτυχίας") is a musical nocturne composed by the greek composer Manos Hatzidakis for the movie "Never on Sunday" (1960). The title for this piece back then was Horos Hasapikos (Hasapiko Dance). It has a very beautiful and truly "greek" melody.

I am very happy to play this piece - it feels so nostalgic in a nice way - and I hope you will also enjoy my interpretation of it as well! Dedicated to my friend Vasilis T. who was the first to hear it live :) Enjoy (^-^)!
