Here’s what you’ll learn:

Update Your Graphics Drivers: First, check for the latest updates for your NVIDIA or AMD graphics card. Sometimes, a simple update can fix DaVinci issues.

Rename the OFX Plugins Folder: If updating drivers doesn’t help, head to Program Files/Common Files/OFX Plugins App and rename the folder. This can resolve plugin-related crashes and startup errors.

Allow DaVinci Resolve Through Windows Firewall: Go to Windows Security - Firewall & Network Protection - Allow an app through firewall. Make sure all DaVinci Resolve boxes are checked to prevent connectivity issues.

Reset DaVinci Preferences: Navigate to the Preferences folder in the DaVinci directory and rename or delete it (e.g., change it to Preferences.bak). This resets your preferences and can solve many hidden problems.
