A few weeks ago I worked on a build to bring back SVD's. We did this on stream and the aim was to make people pick up the Paratrooper SVD again and enjoy it as we did back when it was meta. The build that I came up with was a success and it worked really well. Not only did it work well for the Paratrooper SVD but the new Dread Edict exotic SVD fits perfectly into the build meaning I already had a build for this new exotic that came in Season Nine of The Division 2.
