To finish off this Cave World, it's time to face its boss.

Meet Mole Miner Max, leader of the Mole Miners! He will let his mole minions deal with you first while he's driving through the tracks, courtesy of another high-ranked Tiki known as Banjo Bottom.

First on your own minecart full of bananas, a Mole will be toss pickaxes against you from its lineup of carts. Dodge them carefully as your minecart closes in on theirs, and then make for a leap towards them when they're close enough.

Then you gotta play a quick little game of Whack-A-Mole, where you have to whack a bunch of these Moles on their heads as they pop out form the bananas.

This whole process repeats until Max himself decides to fight you... in almost the same way from the bananas.

Ground him, and then clobber Banjo Bottom to finish this boss battle!

I'm halfway through this game at this point (more or less), as I now go into the 5th World: The Forest.
