Ristretto Shot acroyoga machine

Ola passed through Portugal again in 2023 and we played a bit. This time we did some Icarian pops and Whips and put it together into a machine.

As in the video:
0. Throne
1. Pop to Bird
2. Whip to Reverse Back Bird on Hands
3. Throne
Repeat or finish.

This is a great machine to drill the Throne to Bird Icarian.

When editing the video I was trying to figure out a name for the machine and also checking if someone had done it before (it's a relatively obvious combination).
I watched again the classic "Espresso Shot" because I remembered it had this kind of whip:
   • AcroYoga Training Video: The Espresso...  
The only differece is in the Espresso Shot the pop from Throne to Bird is connected, whereas in this machine we used the Icarian pop from Throne to Bird. So I chose to name it "Ristretto Shot".
