কচুরমুখি দিয়ে ইলিশ মাছের ঝোল রান্না গ্রাম বাংলার খুবই জনপ্রিয় একটি খাবার। মাছের রাজা ইলিশ, সে যেভাবেই রান্না করা হোক না কেন স্বাদে কিন্তু অতুলনীয়। আমাদের দেশীয় রান্নাগুলোর মধ্যে ইলিশ আর কচুরমুখির মেলবন্ধন স্বাদের অসাধারণ জুটি। সেইসাথে খুবই কম মশলায় অল্প সময়ে রান্নাটি করে ফেলা যায় ঝামেলা ছাড়ায়

তৈরী করতে লাগছে - (Ingredients)
ইলিশ মাছ (Hilsa fish) - 6 pcs
কচুরমুখি (Kochumukhi) - 1/2 Kg
সয়াবিন তেল (Soybean Oil) - 1/3 Cup
পেঁয়াজ বাটা (Onion paste) - 1/3 Cup
জিরা বাটা (Cumin paste) - 1 Tbs
মরিচ গুড়া (Red Chilli powder) - 1 tsp
ধনিয়া গুড়া (Coriander powder) - 1/2 tsp
হলুদ গুড়া (Turmeric powder) - 1/2 tsp
লবণ (Salt) - to taste
কাঁচামরিচ (Green Chilli ) - 5-6 pcs
ভাজা জিরা গুড়া (Grilled Cumin Powder) - 1 tsp
