Impossible Pumpkin Pie | Healthy Homestead Thanksgiving Recipes

Today I am sharing one of our favorite recipes, the impossible pumpkin pie. This recipe is naturally vegan, but you can make it into any type of pie that you like.

The impossible pumpkin pie forms its own crust, so you don’t even have to go to the trouble of making a pie crust.
