In this Watercolor tutorial, I share my experience trying out a technique I often use for portrait painting. I use a complimentary color and do an underpainting of all of the shadows I see. Then when you glaze over it with your main color, they neutralize each other and a perfect shadow color emerges. I hope you give this a try! Enjoy! Thanks for watching!
