Your Station

On every map in TrainStation 2, there is an area named Your Station.



Your Station

This area is a central hub for the entire game. There are several areas in Your Station:

The Passenger Station

Company Headquarters - located east of the Railway Station

The City - located north of the Railway Station

Factories and Seaport - located south of the Railway Station

Union Building - located west of the Station

Innovations Center - located east to the Company Headquarters

Logistics Center - located west of the Warehouse

Passenger Station

Main article: Passenger Station

The player’s passenger station. It is a brown building with a blue-green roof. Starting the New City Mechanic update (October 2022), there are people standing at the station doing various things, like chatting and doing jumping jacks.

The station has been updated on October 2023 to allow automating coin collection from cities starting at level 15. The cities can, from that point, be upgraded, so that the number of coins per train capacity can be increased. Existing players saw no long-term change but new players start at a lower multiplier and can start upgrading the cities starting from level 20.

Rails

South of the Station building are rails. The player starts off with three and will have until five as time progresses. The trains can be seen departing and arriving there. Trains which are assigned to collect resources will stop on the rails once they are done and players can collect resources by tapping on them. The Daily Rewards train will also be there every day.

Whistles will occasionally appear on the platforms. Tapping on them will give the player some extra resources, be it coins, non-Union upgrade parts, non-event materials, or keys. When there is an event, the player can also collect event keys (or coins in the case of midi-events) from them. After tapping on a whistle, a random locomotive will pass by the station carrying cars for the resource obtained.
