If you have ever been to Nagpur or Amravati, you will find these delicious sambar wadis in the namkeen and sweet shops. Coriander leaves is the main ingredient of this recipe. You can store these for 4-5 days but not longer since fresh coriander leaves are used in this.

INGREDIENTS

For the dough -
2 cups All Purpose flour (Maida)
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
1/2 tsp Red Chili Powder
3 tbsp Oil Warm
Water (warm) as needed

For the filling -
5-6 Garlic cloves
3-4 Green Chilies
1 inch Ginger
1 tsp Oil
1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
1 tsp Poppy seeds (Khas khas)
3 tsp Sesame seeds (Til)
3/4 cup Shredded Coconut
1/2 cup Crushed peanuts (roasted)
1/2 cup Broken peanuts (roasted)
10-12 Raisins (Kishmish)
Salt to taste
1.5 tsp Coriander powder
1 tsp Garam Masala
1/2 tsp Dry Mango (Amchur) powder
2 tsp Sugar
300 grams Coriander leaves (Dhaniya) washed and chopped

For frying -
Oil as needed
