OMSA Cultural Achievement Ceremony Dec 2024

The Office of Multicultural Student Affairs hosted our Fall 2023 Cultural Achievement Ceremony on Wednesday, December 11, 2024, in the Commonwealth Ballrooms in the University Student Commons at Virginia Commonwealth University.
The Lavender Graduation Ceremony celebrates the achievements of LGBTQIA+ graduates. The Donning of the Kente Ceremony celebrates the achievements of Black/African American graduates. Latine Achievement Ceremony celebrates the achievements of Hispanic/Latinx and Caribbean graduates. Asian Pacific Islander South Asian American (APISAA) Graduation Ceremony celebrates the achievements of graduates who identify as Asian Pacific American (APA), Asian American Pacific Islander (AAPI), Asian American Native Hawaiian Pacific Islander (AANHPI), and South Asian (Desi). Native, Tribal, & Indigenous Graduation Ceremony commemorates graduating Native, Tribal, and Indigenous students, recognizing their achievements and hard work. Accessibility Achievement Ceremony is a collaborative ceremony with SAEO that celebrates the accomplishments of VCU graduates with disabilities.
